Darryl Schimeck

Darryl Schimeck – President, Atlantic Plant Services

Darryl Schimeck joined Atlantic Industrial, Inc. in November, 2004.  He currently serves as President of Atlantic Plant Services, Inc.

Mr. Schimeck has over 20 years of experience in industrial contracting.  He started his career with Waste Management, Inc. in 1982 and advanced through a series of increasingly responsible positions in business development and operational management.  He has extensive experience in acquisition development and integration as well as the sale of publicly and privately held companies.  Prior to joining Atlantic, he was President and CEO of K2 Industrial Services, Inc.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Alma College.  Mr. Schimeck serves on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Finance Committee of Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Chicago, Illinois.

 

Craig Kaple

Craig Kaple – President, Atlantic Scaffolding

Craig Kaple joined Atlantic Industrial, Inc. in March 2005 and currently holds the position of President for Atlantic Scaffolding. 

Mr. Kaple has over 25 years of experience in the industrial services market with a proven record of leading teams through strategic planning to complete implementation. He started his career with HydroChem Industrial Services, Inc. in 1981. His experience ranges from Sales and Marketing to Operations and Administration, where he has consistently impacted company growth and increased revenues. Prior to joining Atlantic, he was COO/Executive Vice President for SIPCO Services, Inc.

Mr. Kaple holds a B.S. in Business from Louisiana State University. 

 

John Farrell

John T. Farrell – Vice President, Human Resources, Atlantic Industrial

John Farrell joined Atlantic in July 2006. He currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for all of the Atlantic companies.

Mr. Farrell has over 30 years of experience in human resources and business/accounting. He began his career with General Electric Company where he successfully completed their renowned Financial Management Program in 1982. His diverse experience ranges from financial management to human resource management.

Prior to joining Atlantic, he served as the VP of Human Resources for over five years with Alabanza Corporation a high-tech internet company in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Farrell holds a B.S. degree in Business from the University of Baltimore.

 

Barry Guidry

Barry Guidry, C.S.P. – Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environmental, Atlantic Scaffolding

Barry Guidry is a Certified Safety Professional, as designated by The Board of Certified Safety Professionals in Savoy, Illinois, and is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.  He is also a member of the Scaffold Industry Association and serves as Co-Chair of the Scaffold Industry Association Industrial Scaffolding Council.  His professional experience spans 15 years in the industrial construction and maintenance arenas, primarily in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Power Generation Sectors. 

Mr. Guidry holds a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University.
